and green pea studded saffron rice.

Citrus marinated pork and slices of sweet
potatoes in a delicate stew.
POLLO ALA HUANCAINA
Boneless morsels of grilled chicken with sliced
potatoes in a mild feta cheese sauce.
TALLARIN SALTADO CON VEGETALES
Deliciously seasoned vegetables served on a bed
of spaghetti in a white wine, American-Asian soy
sauce and herbs.
